Essonville Historic Church hosts three annual events:
- Essonville Historic Church Open House & Decoration Day - Sunday, August 17, 2025
2 to 4 pm
The church will be open during this time. You are encouraged to place flowers on the gravesites of your loved ones.
Please come and join with us.
- Christmas Service - this service is usually held on the Sunday evening prior to Christmas. We are excited to announce that the Christmas Carol Service will return this year on Sunday, December 15 starting at 7PM! All are welcome to join
- Work bees are organized annually to perform maintenance and restoration work on the building.
The church can be rented for weddings, baptisms, dedications, and vow renewals for $120. The rental fee is waived for funerals. Please contact us for more information on how to book the facility.
